At our last #MarketersBreakfast, we discussed creativity. We "got our hands dirty" playing with modeling clay allowing ourselves to get into the right mindset for how we stay creative in our jobs.

Customer Experience (CX) is the product of an interaction between an organization and a customer over the duration of their relationship. Most experts believe this interaction is made up of three parts: 1) the customer journey, 2) the brand touch points the customer interacts with, and 3) the environments (including digital) the customer experiences.

Most marketers excel at parts of these interactions and struggle with others. During this breakfast, Kelley Mitchell Price, who leads experience design for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) will join a discussion about ways we can improve interactions with our customers.
