Monday.com integrates with Dropbox, Zapier, Google Drive and other management tools to make workflow seamless and accessible. In addition to integrations, Monday.com comes with API access for developers to custom code integrations.

 
 

Airtable

Just like the previous tools, Airtable is a helpful tool to increase productivity through effective project management and collaborative resources. Airtable’s flexible platform is part spreadsheet and part database to organize the many moving parts of project execution. Data is organized into customizable spreadsheets for commenting, sharing, and attaching/removing files. Airtable offers time, expense, milestone, and cost-to-completion tracking to monitor project speed and success as well.

Users can view their work progress via grid, calendar, kanban, gallery, or form and can organize their workflow using the “Block” feature.

The tool is easily integrated with Dropbox, Evernote and Google Drive.
